Representing First Non-European team to be in International Hockey , The Young and talented Team India in 1928 - Won their First Olympic Gold Medal

• from 1928-1956  unbeaten 6 gold Medals in the Olympics
• 1960 reduced the golden glory to Silver in the Olympics
• A come back to golden Glory in 1964 Olympics
• We had Silver and Gold. Why not Bronze ? A Bronze come True in 1968 and 1972 Olympics
• A world Cup Winner for first time in 1975
• Enough of Medals and 7th place in 1976
• A strong Phoenix moment of Golden glory in 1980 Olympics
• 5th 6th 7th 8th like our school classes the Olympics positions turned till 1996
• Here comes the Best - why we need a qualification - A break in 2008 Olympics
• Like year 2012 - 12th position in Olympics 

The spirited legendary team who won 6 consecutive gold medals - Made the country proud and turned to be a National Game of the national till a known moment. Not like gone are the days Still the young blood hitting hard at the Hockey field tried their best and got a great qualification in 2016 RIO Olympics-
